NETFLIX ACQUIRES US, CANADIAN & LATIN AMERICAN RIGHTS TO A SHAUN THE SHEEP MOVIE: FARMAGEDDON

The Aardman Film Will Come to Netflix in Early 2020

Netflix has acquired the US, Canada and Latin America rights to Aardman’s A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon from STUDIOCANAL, which will be available on the service in early 2020.

STUDIOCANAL and their worldwide distribution partners are releasing the film in the rest of the world.

Synopsis: When an alien named LU-LA crash-lands near Mossy Bottom Farm, her magical powers, irrepressible mischief and galactic sized burps soon have Shaun the Sheep and his flock enchanted. But when Shaun takes his new extraterrestrial friend on the road to find her lost spaceship, little does he know that a sinister alien-hunting agency is on their trail. Now Shaun and the flock must avert Farmageddon before it’s too late.

A number of Aardman’s beloved titles, such as Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, Flushed Away, and Shaun the Sheep Movie are currently available for members to enjoy on Netflix in most countries.
